Nintendo Nintendo Switch Top Ten Best Games 10

10 Games I Want To See On The Switch Part 3

Spread the Word!

The Switch is a major success and third-party developers are jumping over each other trying to get their games on the platform. It’s nice to see Nintendo having success again right? Here are 10 more games I want to see make it’s way to the Nintendo Switch.

Click here and here for parts 1 and 2.

10. Tokyo Mirage Sessions

The switch will most likely outsell the Wii U during its first year. There are quite a few hidden gems on the Wii U and porting games from it is a great way to introduce a larger audience to some games that didn’t sell well on it. I never got a chance to experience Tokyo Mirage Sessions and I would instantly buy it if it was ported to the Switch because I no longer play my Wii U.

9. Nioh

Sony does not own the rights to Nioh. This makes me hopeful that maybe we’ll see the first Souls like game come to the Switch. Make it happen Koei! I’ll settle for any Dark Souls clone at this point…

8. Killer Instinct

Microsoft has been really nice to Nintendo lately. How about continuing that with a release of Killer Instinct on the Switch :). The Switch needs a good fighting game on it and I will not acknowledge Arms as a serious fighting game…

7. Xenoblade Chronicles X

With Xenoblade 2 releasing soon it would make sense for the one that came before it to release some time next year right? X was a fantastic game that I couldn’t stop talking about on both social and my blog here. I would love to have this game on the Switch someday.

6. Super Mario 3D World

Here’s another Wii U game that I want on the Switch and it’s the last Wii U game on this list. Super Mario 3D World is the best Mario game we’ve had in a long time. Odyssey was good, but it didn’t give me what 3D World gave me and that’s letting me play as my favorite Nintendo character with my kids. Please port this game to the Switch Nintendo!

5. Pokemon Snap 2

It’s been a really long time since Pokemon Snap released on the N64. It was one of the best games on the console and I would love to play a sequel to that game. The odds of that happening are really slim, but I can dream, right?

4. Divinity: Original Sin 1 & 2

Larian Studios has created some great games these last few years. I’m not a huge fan of the first Divinity game, but it would be nice to have both Original Sin 1 & 2 on the Switch. They’re planning on releasing Original Sin 2 for consoles eventually so why not add the Switch to the list?

3. Bioshock Trilogy

I want to replay all of the Bioshock games again while sitting in a car or on the toilet. I want to hide from Big Daddies and inject myself with questionable fluids and scream like a lil bitch when a Big Daddy pimp-slaps me for messing with his friend.  Bring the Bioshock remasters to the Switch, please!

2. Mass Effect Trilogy

Mass Effect 3

The greatest trilogy of games ever made needs to come to the Switch. Please EA! Make us happy for once and give us what we ask for. You can do it! Just leave the loot boxes out while you’re at :).

1. Pokemon Remasters

While we wait for the next generation of Pokemon games to release how about you give us a tease by letting us play through some old ones. I want Red, Blue, Emerald, Crystal, Platinum, Black, White, Black 2, White 2, X, Y, Sun, and Moon and everything in between. I want the remasters of them. I want everything Pokemon on the Switch. I need my fix man!

And that wraps up part 3 to 10 games I want to see on the Nintendo Switch. What are some games you want to see make it’s way over to the Switch.

I would love to see Mass Effect come to the Switch! I’m working on my BioWare backlog now. Once I’m done with Dragon Age, it’ll be off to Mass Effect for me 🙂 Actually, Dragon Age on the Switch would be cool too!

I added Dragon Age in part 1 of this series :). I would love to play all of the Dragon Age games on a portable system. I know the Switch can run the games because the 360/PS3 can.

Good luck with Mass Effect! Are you tackling only the trilogy or the new game too?

There’s no reason for EA not to do it, so they better, haha.

I’ll be going for the trilogy and Andromeda. It should be fully patched and good to go now. It pays to be late to the party 😀

EA doesn’t care about what we want these days :(. All we can do is hope that they see that many people want this to happen and hopefully they’ll give it to us :).

And I hope you enjoy Andromeda. I really liked it I love the new gameplay/exploration.

Thanks! I hope so too. I heard so many bad things about Andromeda, but same with Dragon Age II and I love that game, haha.

Tokyo Mirage and Xenochronicles X would be a great addition to the Switch. I want to play both those titles, but cannot justify forking out on a Wii U for them.

And that’s my point. Not many people bought those games because of the tiny user-base that the Wii U has. Porting those games will introduce new people to them and they’ll sell well too. Xenoblade Chronicles X is amazing btw.

I’d love to see Tokyo Mirrage Sessions. This game looked super unique and I missed out on the Wii U. It looks like it’d be perfect for the handheld experience.

Dream thought, Metroid Prime Trilogy on Switch…. done. Would love to replay those away from the TV.

The MPT would be a perfect fit for the Switch. Everything would be a perfect fit for the Switch lol. Tokyo Mirage Sessions is a title I never got around to playing on the Wii U. It looks really awesome, but I’m not buying new games for the U anymore. Hopefully it’ll move to the Switch in the future.
