Skyrim – The Tale Of Paxton

The Tale of Paxton is not a Skyrim mod. It tells the tale of a young man named Paxton. His parents were killed when he was just a young boy and he was sent to live in an orphanage. This is his story.

One thing I would like to point out is the excellent voice acting in this video. This guy did a great job at making me believe what I was watching. I was completely immersed in this short video and when it ended I wanted to watch more.

I do have some constructive criticism to add though. The background noise is way too loud. At times, the waterfall part, it was kind of hard to hear you talking. You might want to tone down the audio just a little bit to avoid that in future videos. Another thing that would make the video better would be a simple command that you can put into Skyrim by pressing the tilde key. Just type in TGM and we won’t see your health or stamina bar go down in the video. That was also a little distracting.

Hopefully this character will be modded into Skyrim. Not only does he look cool, but he sounds amazing. This is the best sounding voice I’ve seen on any Skyrim video so far. If gamerpoets are willing to just make their videos in god mode while they record it would make it that much more immersive for me personally.

This video has just earned my official recommendation.
