Ultra Street Fighter IV Review

I’m a huge Street Fighter fan. When I randomly logged onto Steam and saw this DLC for Street Fighter IV on the front page I just had to buy it.

Ultra Street Fighter IV adds a lot of content to the already great Street Fighter IV game. You get new characters, game modes, and rebalances every character in the game, combined with the long requested offline recording make this the most complete Street Fighter experience I’ve ever had.

The new characters in the game are great and feel as if they’ve always been there.

W-Ultra is a new feature that allows you to use both of your ultra combos instead of one or the other. Neither will do much damage, but it adds some much needed strategy to the game.

Ultra_Street_Fighter_4_13739199202949Ultra Street Fighter IV’s biggest changes are it’s most subtle ones. Every character in the game has had a touch up in one way or another.

Another huge thing that Ultra Street Fighter IV brings to the table is the addition of five new characters. This brings the roster up to an incredible 44 fighters for use to choice from. Each character has been retooled to work in Street Fighter IV.

Ultra Street Fighter IV has all the features that previous installments of Street Fighter IV has, but with more bang for your buck. Offline match recording is great for seeing the mistakes you made in tough losses and the fact that you can train while you wait for your next online match brings new life into an old fighting game that most people probably wrote off.

Ultra Street Fighter IV takes an already incredible fighting game and adds so much more to it.

Our Verdict: 9/10

    1. Thanks.

Here’s a friendly tip. Volunteering your page on someone else’s site is a little rude. It makes people think you’re only there to advertise your stuff and not read what they worked hard on writing.

I’ll check out your page when I have the time though. Just keep that in mind for the future.
