Ronda Rousey Losing Her Belt Is A Good Thing

Ronda Rousey has dominated the UFC since she started fighting. All of her opponents have been steamrolled and tossed aside like yesterday’s newspaper and everyone thought that Rousey was unbeatable… until now.

Ronda Rousey lost her first fight against Holly Holm. She was dominated, in a similar fashion that she does to her opponents, and was knocked out in the second round of the fight.

Ronda looked sloppy in this fight. Holly had a answer for everything Ronda threw at her and she walked away the new champ. Losing the belt is a good thing for Ronda because now she knows that she can be beat and if she ever wants to touch UFC gold again she’ll need to work for it.

ronda-rouseyI think Ronda has gotten so mixed up in being a celebrity that she forgot what made her famous in the first place and that’s knocking bitches out. Before this fight she was cocky, arrogant, and rude to her fellow fighters. She didn’t even touch hands with Holly, which I thought was rude, and just went straight to her corner to start the fight.

Hopefully this loss will shed some light into her and she’ll train twice as hard to get back into the number 1 spot. I think she’ll bounce back. I also think it’s funny because fighters who has lost against Ronda are saying how glad they are that she lost the belt. Of you’re glad she lost the belt… she knocked your ass out :].

I still think Ronda is one hell of a fighter and she’ll come out swinging with a chip on her shoulder after this fight. Will she beat Holly? That I don’t know, but hopefully it’ll be a good match because this one was completely one sided. Try blocking next time Ronda.
