I’ve handpicked 5 more mods to showcase in this week’s edition of my Top 5 Weekly Fallout 4 mods.
5. Better Handmade Weapon Textures by Mike_trx
Here is a before pic of a weapon that you can find in Fallout 4
Here’s what this mod does
If you like the pic above then download this mod. My guns look amazing in game and I highly recommend trying this one out.
4. Homemaker – Expanded Settlements by NovaCoru
One of my favorite parts of Fallout 4 is building my own settlement. I’ve spent hours just building different houses across the wasteland and I was disappointed because of the lack of options that I had available to me. This mod changes that. It gives us many more options to choose from and you can truly be unique when it comes to building very large settlements.
3. A Little Bit of Green by Stephanie Young and Ciprriano
This mod makes Fallout 4 more green. You’ll come across green grass while you travel the wasteland. It’s not exactly lore friendly, but it looks really nice and it brings some life to Fallout 4. It’s not that unbelievable to think that green grass wouldn’t grow on some parts of the wasteland, but this mod does overdo it. It’s still really nice though.
2. Armorsmith Extended by Gambit77
This mod takes away the restriction that was placed on certain outfits of the game. Outfits like the Minutemen General’s uniform can be used with chest pieces, shoulderpads, etc. The video below does a really good job at showcasing everything this mod does and it also shows off number 4 on this list.
My biggest complaint, besides the world map, is the lighting in Fallout 4. Bethesda is known for making the interior really bright in their games. I was hoping for some really dark areas, but that wasn’t the case. This mod changes that. Take a look.
Realistic lights is my Fallout mod of the week.
