So There’s Going To Be A Division Movie

The Division is another game by Ubisoft that’s being made into a movie. The question is will it be any good?

I really enjoy playing The Division even though Ubisoft is hellbent on patching every decent gun in the game to do little to no damage to enemies. I can rant all day about how the latest patch pretty much destroyed my main character, but I won’t. I’ll save that rant for another day.

I’m actually pretty excited about The Division being made into a film. I always thought it would make a pretty good action movie and we already know who the two main characters are going to be. Jake Gyllenhaal, and Jessica Chastain will be in the movie. Honestly I don’t really know who Jessica is, but I became a huge Jake Gyllenhaal fan after Nightcrawler.

I think Assassin’s Creed will be a great movie, but I’m not so sure about The Division. These types of action movies are usually good, but are all the same in the end. Lets hope the first trailer for the film releases some time soon so we can see it in action.

What do you think of The Division being made into a movie?

  1. I think the problem with basing movies on hit games is the gap between the game being relevant and the date the movie releases. What The Division has going for it though is that it’ll cater to action film fans that could care less about it being based on a video game, and that Ubisoft have every intention of making it a series of games moving forward.

I’m really looking forward to the AC film. Seems to be coming along nicely.

    1. There are still many people that like The Division. I’m mad at it right now, but I still like it :].

And I’m a huge action movie junkie so hopefully this will be right up my alley.

      Assassin’s Creed looks great btw.
