I’m Participating In My First Four In February!

I decided now would be a good time to attempt my first ever four in February. I think I’m doing good since I’ve already completed three games this month :).

My backlog, like yours, is ever growing. I decided to change that this year by playing through my old games on Steam, Origin, GoG, and Uplay. This month I decided to try and take on the four in February challenge and I’ve managed to complete three of the four games.

UPDATE:

I decided that I’m not counting Fire Emblem Heroes as one of my four in February because of how short of a game it is. My new game will be Samurai Warriors 4 II

Here’s my list of games that I decided to play this month.

For Honor – Finished

Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest – Finished

Fire Emblem Heroes – Finished

The Elder Scrolls Online – Almost done!

I just finished Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest about ten minutes. I’m currently working on my review of it so keep an eye out for it.

I’ve put about 30 hours in For Honor and I plan on playing it some more after I finish up with ESO. I’m at the end of the main campaign and I’m really excited about finishing it.

Are you trying four in February out this year? How are you doing?

    1. Good luck! I didn’t expect to finish three games this month and I’m almost done with ESO too :). I plan on playing through Samurai Warriors 4-II too. That’ll bring my total up to 5 games that I’ve completed this month :).

  1. Hey !! Nice plan of your first four games. But I think you should also take a look at the Horizon: Zero Dawn Game by Guirrella Games releasing on 28th February, 2017. Hope you would like that and I would too like to see some articles about the game from you.

    1. I don’t own a PS4 and have no plans to buy one. I’m a PC gamer and I also own a 3DS. Horizon Zero Dawn didn’t even make my top 10 most anticipated games of 2017.

  2. Nice work banging those out – Fire Emblem games are pretty lengthy from what I know so that’s pretty cool. How is the mobile game? I hear good things but I wonder if it’s a good entry to the series… Side note, what constitutes “done” in an MMORPG like ESO?

I’m desperately trying to finish Final Fantasy X, and also Kirby: Planet Robobot. I’ve been considering taking a couple of months and not buying any new games until I clear my backlog, but too many games are limited and would only skyrocket in price if I didn’t pick them up on release day 😦 See – LimitedRun games!

    1. What constitutes done to me is doing main quest, faction quest, and reaching the level cap. I’m at the end of the main quest and I only have one more region to explore before I’ve explored everything in the Pact side of the map.

The mobile Fire Emblem game doesn’t hold up at all to the core games in the series. It’s good for casual gamers though. Hardcore fans will be better off playing something else. My playthrough of Conquest took me almost 30 hours so that’s pretty decent imo.

Good luck with FFX. That game is pretty long if you’re trying to 100% it. I’ve never played Kirby Robobot, but I really want to.

I’ve thought about not buying any new games too, but there’s so much stuff releasing that I want to play and review that I end up caving in and buying stuff :).
