Bethesda just earned a lot of respect from me today. I don’t know of many developers that would go out of their way to do what Bethesda did. A Reddit user posted about his brother and how much they loved the Fallout universe.
He even explained that he wanted to be a ghoul so he could travel the world forever with his super mutant brother. Someone from Bethesda read the post on Reddit and sent NoohjXLVII a letter along with a Fallout care package.
That was incredibly nice of them and I personally don’t know of any developers that’ll do something like that. The community manager also notified Nooh that his brother would be immortalized in Fallout 4 forever as a friendly NPC that can meet in Nuka World.
I loved Bethesda before I learned about this, but this is just icing on the cake to me. Sending a care package would be good enough for most people, but they went the extra mile and made this young man’s brother a in game npc for everyone to meet. Kudos to you Bethesda!
If you’re reading this NoohjXLVII I’m sorry for your loss and I hope you find peace.
