I randomly decided to get back into Dragon Age Inquisition, again, and found some really great mods to use in my next playthrough of the game.
The modding scene in Dragon Age Inquisition is tiny when compared to Skyrim or Fallout, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some great mods for the game. These mods will change your game and give you a better playing experience.
More banter lets your party members talk to each more often. I can’t tell you how much more enjoyment I’m getting out of Dragon Age Inquisition with this mod. Running through the Hinterlands with my party is fun now because they never shut up and I like that. The best part of every Dragon Age game is the dialogue between your companions. This is a must have mod in my opinion.
Do you want your camera to zoom all the way in to your character? If your answer is yes this is the perfect mod for you. Enhanced camera changes the camera angle to give you a over the shoulder view that we see in most games today. It’s great and I included a few screenshots, from the Nexus, below.
Faster attack speed increases your attack speed for you, and your companions. There are multiple options for you to choose from, but the mod author recommends using the second choice so you won’t move lightning fast in your battles.
I’ve waited years for a skill tree mod for Dragon Age and I finally found one. This mod overhauls the entire Inquisitor perk tree by adding new, powerful, passive skills that benefit your Inquisitor in the late game. It’s a must have mod because we all know once you reach a certain point in Inquisition you kind of run out of good skills in invest in. Get this mod.
And that wraps up my Dragon Age mod list. Each mod on this list adds something to the game and makes it a little better in my opinion. If you play Dragon Age on PC check them out. Keep in mind you’ll need to install the mod manager to install these mods correctly. If you need help with that you can find a good tutorial here.
I’m going to start writing about mods again on various different games. If you’re curious about modding or just like reading about them be sure to keep an eye out on my future mod posts.
