Enslaved just released yesterday for the PC and it’s obvious it’s just another crappy port to the PC. You don’t get to configure the graphical options in game at all and since I installed the game i’ve experienced a number of bugs that really distracted me as soon as I started the game. The game would freeze for a few seconds at a time along with some random FPS drops. The game itself however is actually pretty fun and the voice acting is good so far. I love the platforming aspect of the game and I’m curious to see what happens next. Enslaved is a hit.
Enslaved Odyssey To The West- Hit!
Battlefield 4 is a beautiful game but good graphics don’t always sell a game to me. It’s still the same thing as part 3 with minor improvements. So what if I can blow entire buildings up now. I could do that in Mercenaries too and that game came out years ago. Running across huge maps killing other people can only be interesting for so long before you’ve had enough of it. Battlefield 4 is a miss.
Battlefield 4- Miss!
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm is the latest installment in the Naruto games. I have never played a single Naruto game and I won’t lie this one looks pretty good. The graphics put me off a little because of the anime style but i’m willing to give this game a shot.
Demonicon looks like a decent RPG but the more I learn about the game the more I want to wait for a price drop before committing to buying the game. There are some major things that keep me from wanting to buy this game. You can’t customize the looks of the main character. This is a big problem for me because in an RPG like this customization should be there. You can’t be a female even though she’s advertised on the front of the game. Why is she there if you can’t choose her. Female gamers will be upset about this in the long run and the lack of customization really brings this game down in my opinion.
On the other hand the story looks quite interesting, and the gameplay is decent enough for me to have fun while experiencing the story but unfortunately it’s not enough to justify buying the game. For now Demonicon is a miss.
Deus Ex Directors Cut made it’s way onto Steam today and what better time to jump into the game then now? I briefly played Deus Ex a few months ago but I was so backlogged in games that I ignored it and wrote it up as a lost. I’ve been thinking about giving this game another shot and the directors cut of this game comes with the DLC and it’s only 20 dollars. Deus Ex is a hit.
