Hit Or Miss PC 2

Hit or Miss – Xenoblade Chronicles X, Just Cause 3, Rainbow Six Siege, and More

Spread the Word!

There are a bunch of games coming out this month. Games like Rainbow Six Siege, and Just Cause 3 have recently released and I decided to make a list of whether or not I think these games are worth it.

Rainbow Six Siege

You’re paying $60 for a multiplayer only game that looks like it came out back in the PS2 days. The gameplay lacks depth, it’s been downgraded, and Ubisoft made it. That alone makes it a big miss in my book.

Verdict – Miss

Just Cause 3

Just Cause 2

I’m not a big Just Cause fan, but there is fun to be found in them. If you can find this game for $30, which isn’t hard to do if you’re a PC gamer, then I’ll say go for it. If you can’t spend your $60 on something else.

Verdict – Hit If On Sale

The Devil’s Third

maxresdefault (2)

The Devil’s Third is right up my alley. It’s over the top action oriented gameplay looks really addictive and I can’t wait to play it. It’s to bad it’s coming out so close to Xenoblade Chronicles X because this would have been a day one buy for me.

If you own a Wii U get this game if you’re not into RPGs.

Verdict – Hit

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing [Xbox One]

If you have this game on PC you do not need it on Xbox One. It does nothing better then the PC port. Some sort of local co op mode would have made this game a must own in my opinion, but since it’s online only there is no difference between this one and the one on PC that has a better UI.

Verdict – Miss

Xenoblade Chronicles X

I’ve never played Xenoblade in my life. This will be my first time being introduced to the series and I really hope that I enjoy this game. It kind of looks like Phantasy Star and that’s a plus to me. I plan on buying this game day one and if it’s as big as everyone says it is I might not have a review released until next year.

Verdict – Hit

That wraps up this edition of hit or miss. December never has many good games to choose from and that continues to be true this year, but at least we’re getting a few interesting titles to looks into this time.

If I ever get a Wii U Xenoblade would be top of my shopping list along with the Fire Emblem cross over game.

I’m playing Xenoblade now and so far it’s pretty good :]. Takes a while to get used to though since it’s my first time playing the series.
