Gaming News Lets Talk About! Nintendo 2

Lets Talk About Nintendo Switch!

Spread the Word!

Nintendo has finally unveiled their mysterious console previously known as NX.

Nintendo’s next console blew me away for multiple reasons. The wait has been extremely long and the big question that ever serious gamer had was will it have third party support? From what I’ve seen in the three minute trailer it does!

First of all lets talk about how awesome the console looks. I love how easily it can unhook from the docking station and can be used as a big 3DS. Zelda: Breath of The Wild looked really good by the way, but that’s not what surprised me. What surprised me was the big Skyrim reveal. Bethesda is supporting the Nintendo Switch and I’m really excited about it. I have a bad habit of buying everything Bethesda does for multiple consoles and it looks like Skyrim will be a buy for me on the NX.

I also saw some NBA 2K, but I wasn’t sure which one it was since I’m not a fan of the series. If they show off some madden I’m sold. It’s been way too long since I’ve played some Madden and I’ve been itching to play it for quite some time now.

I do have some questions about the console though.

  1. How long does the battery last when it’s not docked?
  2. Will it last as long as the 3DS?
  3. Since the cartridges look like 3DS ones does that mean we’ll be getting some 3DS game or that it’s backwards compatible with 3DS games in some way?
  4. Was that a new Mario Kart game or new DLC? Either way it looked fantastic!
  5. Since Bethesda is releasing Skyrim on the Switch will it get Fallout 4 and mod support too?

The Switch is looking great and I already want to own it for Zelda alone, but now I have some options. I’ve always been really curious about Splatoon and I saw some gameplay on the Switch so I’ll just get it there.

The mystery surrounding Nintendo’s console is no more. It’s about time too. What do you think of this? Are you interested in the Nintendo Switch?

Nintendo has released a list of game companies that will support the Switch and I’m very impressed with the lineup so far. This Nintendo console is looking very relevant right now.

The Nintendo Switch indeed looks amazing! I don’t usually pay too much attention to how a system actually looks, but I have to admit I like the new system’s sleek design. That extensive third party list is also very encouraging. I hope to play a diverse line-up of games on-the-go! I’m very excited about the Nintendo Switch!

I’m mostly excited about From Software making the list. Are we getting a Dark Souls 3 port to the Switch next year? I would love to play a Souls game on the go.

Atlus is another big name that stuck out to me. They made some of the best 3DS games out there so if they’re on board with the Switch that’s awesome too.

It remains to be seen if EA, and Ubisoft release any noteworthy games that’s not Madden, and Just Dance. If this system is comparable to the X1, and PS4 I would expect EA to release games like Battlefield, and Ubisoft to release something like Assassin’s Creed or even the upcoming Ghost Recon game.
