Modding PC The Elder Scrolls Top 5 Weekly Skyrim Mods

Top 5 Weekly Skyrim Mods

Spread the Word!

I know it’s been 10 days since I last wrote about Skyrim, but it’s better late then never right?

These mods are not on the Xbox One or Playstation 4. These are regular Skyrim mods not Special Edition and I have no idea if any of these have been ported over.

5. Diverse Skyrim

Diverse Skyrim adds over 100 npcs in the leveled of Skyrim. After putting countless hours into Skyrim and seeing my 10000th Nord bandit die like his last 1000 twins this mod is a breath of fresh air for me.

4. SC – Men Faces

Females get 95% of the coverage from the modding community. It’s nice to see a great looking male mod for once and I had to put this on my list to help spread the word about it. The textures are super smooth so it won’t be for those of you that are looking for more rugged looking men, but it’s still worth checking out in my opinion.

3. Spellsword

I’ve always wanted a mod like this for Skyrim. Playing as a spellsword will never be the same because this mod allows us to shoot magic from our weapon. It’s one of the newer mods for Skyrim and I highly recommend checking it out. The mod author did a great job here.

2. TK Dodge

I originally ignored this mod because it was a bit wonky when it first released, but it’s changed a lot since then. TK dodge adds real time dodging to Skyrim and it’s fantastic.

1. GEMS

Browsing Nexus can be a pain in the ass for returning/new Skyrim players hoping to mod their game up. There are thousands of files to look through and it’s very time consuming. It takes me at least a week to get every mod that I want in my game. GEMs makes that search much easier. Everything is neatly categorized and the mods that are listed are pretty great. Gems is my Skyrim mod of the week.
